We SEARCH for new cases through technology partners, who have differentiating medical equipment, with international and service potential.
Typical technology partners are Corporate Spinouts, Valorization Groups of medical centres, medtech-suppliers who developed own products and Technology Tranfer offices (TTO's).
To secure that we can leverages our unique capabiities in scaling, we have two intake criteria:
1. Prove that the technology will work (so no technology which may never work)
2. Prove that there is a big validated market need (so no technology searching for applications)
In the transaction, you will give us ownership, in return for a progressive royalty and an exit-bonus. 


Our entrpreneurial model means, that we DO whatever is needed at our risk, to bridge the challenging phase to mature cash-positive business. We are not a distributor, so do not focus on direct sales ourselves. Instead, we develop a product-company, so wel also develop and orchestrate the market channels. In addition, we industrialize the product and the production. We professionalize the team and processes. We collect the facts to underpin an investor-ready business plan, and we attract capital. We develop the market, which includes prioritizing the right international launch markets, generating launch-leads, developing evidence-based studies and demonstration projects. We develop the applications and business cases for our customers, to understand what they will buy and especially if and how they will use it.


We DELIVER cash-positive product medtech companies, ready to acquire by strategic multinationals or ready to invest for VC's.
Our companies may also grow to portfolio-companies for a specific medical market segment.
